By accessing, registering for, or using the 777ec platform (the "Platform"), operated at 777ec.vip, you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• You will maintain only one account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777ec may close all associated accounts and void any winnings accrued therein.

• You will notify 777ec immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

777ec reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. All content on the 777ec Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio-visual materials, and structural layout — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777ec or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777ec.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and odds feeds, may be subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective studio providers and licensors. Unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ec, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain confidentiality of your credentials.

• Any decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777ec reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User through their payment provider.
• Request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 777ec support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification and processing requirements. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

777ec reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777ec will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. 777ec is not obligated to compensate you for losses arising from your decision to close your account following a Terms amendment.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce legal principles. Given the cross-jurisdictional nature of the 777ec Platform, Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 777ec Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, to be agreed between the parties.
